Better design options, but…

Never seems to permanently get dismissed or closed site wide which is annoying, and familiar!

Box is checked to show only once. This is true for any visited page or post, but not site wide. This would be ok if it only showed on a single page or post. It is viewed then dismissed or closed, then doesn’t show again. Not worth having site-wide, though.
